These 5 steps are a Must when Building a Business in the Network Marketing/MLM World! Online or Offline. This profitable Advice is from real Life experiences. When this information is taken seriously, It will help You to build a business, that will be there 100 years from now and beyond! These Steps are part of Your Due Diligence. We are getting ready to spend Our most Valuable asset in Life building a business…..We Must Take it Seriously!

Step 1. Your Company management must have experience with Integrity!

Do a Google search on the company owners. If you have a company, that is built by an owner who has also built a big business, they are “Distributor minded”. The pay plan will be good, and it will be easy to build a business with them. The care and support will also be in place.

On the other hand, when you find a company that is built by fortune 500 owners, and who have never built a big business of their own, they are “business minded” people. Big Business’s are in business to make THEM Money. Another good idea is to go over your Policies & Procedures, when You find over 10 pages or more, You better get some real advice from people that care about You!(I can help you to understand Your P&p’s) Companies with high overhead, have more than 10 pages, and some over 100!! You often have to have a lawyer to read it for you! This is to cover their butts and drop You like a roc if They need to! This is a long and boring subject but MUST be a part of Your Due Diligence.

Step 2. Timing in the company, Timing in the industry!

99.2% of new companies don’t last, their foundation is weak and they create these companies to make Money. You see it Now more than ever….companies popping up all over the internet. Do You really think they are starting these companies to help You make Money? It is always a better idea to join a company after it has been up and running smoothly for over 2 years! This is the time for Network Marketing/MLM. People are looking for true security.

Step 3. A remarkable product!

It’s a great idea to have a product that can be sold easily because it is not over-priced Ask yourself: Would I buy this product if there were no comp. Plan attached? If your product costs the distributor x amount of dollars, and you have to mark up the product to make a profit RUN! Seriously though, The company has distributors, not employees, there really should not be too much OVERHEAD! Meaning the one price to the distributors, should be the same to the public. And Yes this does exist. Ask yourself this, “What’s the real price of the product?” Can I sell it? Also the products must make a difference within 3-4 days at the most. Information is NOT A PRODUCT!

Step 4. The Compensation Plan!

A good pay plan, is a plan that pays the most amount of money with the least amount of people, in your organization! Does it pay part-timers? How much money do you make on a retail sale?(without marking the original price up) 7% and under will kill you!! There is a simple formula that will show you exactly how many people you need in your organization to make your desired monthly income; Ask me and I will share it with You.

Once you get your amount look at it and ask yourself,” Is it possible for me to sponsor this many people?” Is it possible for the people I sponsor to help reach this Goal?

Many top companies take 2,000-3,000 people to make 10,000/mo. Mine takes 300-400….same autoship Find the best possible company that really cares about the distributors, Spillover doesn’t work!

Step 5. A Proven Duplicatable System

A system that can be used by ANYONE!! Systems are the backbone of any company! It is absolutely crucial, to have a duplicatable system in place. Systems are duplicatible! People are NOT! The new Distributor will ask themselves, “Can I do this? Can you help me?” Network Marketing is NOT a sales business, it is a relationship business! People join people, they do NOT join companies!

There is a lot of challenges and education in Network Marketing to overcome. Working together we can put ourselves in the best possible scenario which will help us to succeed! Surrounding yourself with people that care about your success is crucial as well. At least people that will respect your decision, to Own Your Life! And give You support!
